Lakeview Industrial
Our client wanted to make this 1981 lakefront home their own. We partnered with architects at Gibson Taylor Thompson, who designed a two-story addition to the back of the home. The new space set the stage for a casual dining area on the first floor, complete with a full-length window seat along a wall of windows showcasing the waters outside. Dark iron colors establish an industrial chic character, carried through the interior designed by Dovetail Design Studio. In the laundry and mud room, hand-painted tile floors, classic white subway tile, white shiplap, and contemporary quartz countertops are as idyllic as the lakefront views.
We are still in the building process with Heller Built and could not be more pleased with their entire process. My husband and I live out of state and their communication has definitely exceeded my expectations. They are always quick to respond to my emails, no matter how many I send, and keep me up to date on any and all progress. I was nervous to build our forever home from across the country but Heller Built has made it incredibly easy and really quite enjoyable.
