This heritage equine farm consists of two homes, horse pastures, stables, barns, a riding arena, a cross country obstacle course, and riding trails along Clear Creek. New England style architecture and Kentucky regionalism influence the architectural design of the farm’s main shingle-style home. Subtle swoops, a standing seam copper roof, and handmade Kentucky shale brick chimneys create beautiful contrast on the exterior façade. Inside, an open concept plan allows for casual family living and gathering spaces that are celebrated with elevated specifications, like beamed ceilings and custom cabinetry.

The home transitions seamlessly to the exterior with expansive brick patios complete with a brick wood burning pizza oven. Just before the pastures sit a pool and pool house surrounded by lush gardens, a koi pond, and a magical greenhouse. Local brick paths are nestled between the trees and plants in the garden, creating a whimsical, century-old scene from a fairy tale.
