This contemporary Cape Cod shingle-style estate permeates relaxed grandeur through fluid rooflines and gracious verandas. Shake siding and regionally-sourced stone enhance a timeless design, creating an heirloom home for future generations.

The Manor overlooks a limestone creek and bluegrass fields on the 150-acre Keene Ranch in the heart of Kentucky horse country. A balanced blend of open areas and secluded nooks provide ample gathering space and cozy hideaways in a fluid floor plan. Vaulted barrel ceilings and vast windows fill the interior with natural light from all angles. The living room doors open to an infinity edge pool centered on the veranda, creating an outdoor space that frames the scenery of the surrounding estate farm.

The ranch is centered around the family barn, a space developed for communal exercise and leisure. Situated between the fishing pond and cattle fields, the traditional post and beam style barn will provide enjoyment for generations to come.
